Here's the next in my Dwarf series. Dwalin, brother of Balin of the House of Durin... from the upcoming Hobbit movie.

This took longer to finish, not because it was any more difficult than the rest, but simply because I wasn't in the mood to draw. So I took my sweet time. ;P But, it is finally finished. On to the next Dwarf...Or possibly a Commission that I have in the planning stages. We'll see. ;P

I still plan on finishing up this series, so, those of you who have been following me, don't worry. I shall complete it. Commissions however, are always first on the list...They do help to pay the bills. ;P

Colored pencils on Colored Canson paper, with a bit of white Sharpie paint pen.

Thank you very much! :D I've gotten a bit side tracked by kitties and unicorns, but I think I will attempt another Dwarf today...Fingers crossed. ;P I'd like to finish them before the movie comes out.

Still working on that Dwarf drawing, but it may take longer than I thought. I'm doing Ori and his knitted cowl is time consuming. O.o! lol! ;P

:D I'm going to be doing all of the 13 Dwarves plus Bilbo and Gandalf and maybe I'll even try Smaug. There are some other LOTR pieces in my gallery too if you haven't seen them yet. I should really put them all in one folder but DA is being glitchy lately and I have been having trouble in that area. I think they are all in my Personal Faves folder though if you'd like to have a look.
