Miss Isla...

This is Isla, my husband's little niece. She's 4 years old and I promised to turn her into a faerie. She's so cute! I've been posting WIPs on Facebook so that she and her parents could see the work progress and it's gotten a lot of likes. ...Always encouraging.

Colored pencils on 98 lb. Canson, Mixed Media paper, with a bit of black and white Sharpie paint pen and some acrylic pearlizing paint for her wings, and some glitter paint as faerie dust. I'm thinking the pearlizing paint and glitter won't show up very well here... Looks much better in person.
